Good day, everyone! My name is Rene Jade C. Bala, and you can call me Jade.
I’m a passionate and dedicated Online ESL Teacher with four years of experience working with students of different ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds—both in online and face-to-face settings. I’m also a proud TEFL certificate holder, which has equipped me with effective teaching strategies to help learners succeed in their English journey.
Throughout my experience, I’ve developed strong communication and leadership skills that allow me to connect with students, understand their needs, and guide them confidently toward improvement.
What drives me the most is my love for teaching and helping others grow—not just in language, but in self-expression and confidence. I strive to create a fun, interactive, and supportive learning environment in every class.

I became a teacher for a very simple reason - I want to make a difference. While there are many fields in which I could accomplish this goal, I feel that education is the one in which I can have the greatest impact. Teaching requires patience, understanding, and compassion - all things that I am more than willing to provide on a daily basis.
Teaching English is one of the things I enjoyed the most. It gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and be able to know the culture of others. It’s not only about grammar or making better sentences but it is also about chances to speak up and to be heard by others. I do believe that everyone can learn and speak English with fun!

Hi, my name is LOISE! I am from the Philippines, and English is my second language. I am passionate about teaching English, because it is a useful skill in almost all parts of the world. I have a TESOL certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I have more than 13 years of work experience in the call center industry with previous roles as a Customer Service Representative and Quality Assurance Analyst, which allowed me to interact with native English-speaking customers and clients.
I have been teaching children and adult students for a year now. I am a conversational English speaker and an interactive, friendly, and cheerful teacher. I believe that students must be given time to have hands-on practice with the material being taught and be familiar with the English language structure. I can help you build a habit that will strengthen your understanding of grammar and vocabulary to improve your comprehension and develop better fluency.
Outside teaching, I spend my free time joining public speaking club meetings and leading a Young adult ministry. I also like to read books and dedicate time to exercise.
