Good day, everyone! My name is Rene Jade C. Bala, and you can call me Jade.
I’m a passionate and dedicated Online ESL Teacher with four years of experience working with students of different ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds—both in online and face-to-face settings. I’m also a proud TEFL certificate holder, which has equipped me with effective teaching strategies to help learners succeed in their English journey.
Throughout my experience, I’ve developed strong communication and leadership skills that allow me to connect with students, understand their needs, and guide them confidently toward improvement.

I became a teacher for a very simple reason - I want to make a difference. While there are many fields in which I could accomplish this goal, I feel that education is the one in which I can have the greatest impact. Teaching requires patience, understanding, and compassion - all things that I am more than willing to provide on a daily basis.
Teaching English is one of the things I enjoyed the most. It gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and be able to know the culture of others. Good day! My name is Cherry Ann Bayon-on; you can call me Cherry. I'm from the Pearl of the Orient Seas, the Philippines. I finished university with a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a major in general content and technology and livelihood education. These include the four (4) components of Technology and Livelihood Education such as Home Economics, Agricultural Arts, Industrial Arts and Entrepreneurship. It aims to develop critical thinking, self-reliance, independence, culture sensitivity and entrepreneurship in the students by enhancing their skills on the different uses of technology and application of life skills.
Regarding my experience, I have seven years of experience teaching English online. My students range from kids to businesspeople, from beginner to advanced level. I've tried teaching students of different nationalities. I love teaching my students, especially how to construct sentences and use conversational language. In my class, I don't just teach but I also motivate my students to become the best version of themselves.
